I’m a dedicated wellness professional with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, San Bernardino, and advanced training in massage therapy through Downey Adult School. My passion is promoting health, recovery, and overall well-being through therapeutic bodywork. By pairing a strong foundation in human movement and anatomy with hands-on massage technique, I provide personalized care that helps you reduce stress, relieve tension, improve mobility, and reach your wellness goals.
